You may need to apply the theme. Go to
Format/Theme and choose the correct theme. Apply
it to all pages of your site.
This is an Include Page. The text will show up on every page
of your site. To change the text, just change the text in the include.htm file.
Don't want the Include Page? Just delete it from the table and
add your own text. It's very, very important to leave the table
setting exactly as they are!
